Colourful Abstracts

I have a long time love for making and exploring abstract art, inspired by so many artists who have gone before me, and by the richness of pattern, colours and textures in the world around me.

Floral Prints

Flowers and plants fascinate me and I love the tradition of flowers as part of the still life genre. These artworks come form years of observation and exploration and my interest in mid twentieth century ceramic design.

‘My ideas often have their beginnings in places, landscapes, flora and fauna; those I look at carefully, and also remember or invent.’
